SHIPPING POLICY

Opal Eco is owned and operated by My Treasure Ltd.
We appreciate your time for shopping at Opal Eco. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Opal Eco is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimise delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
- OPAL ECO SHIPPING
Opal Eco delivers to the United Kingdom and the entire European Union.
Shipments are made through DPD and Amazon shipping couriers
Opal Eco orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, Opal Eco will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

- Free shipping on orders over £15.
- Free shipping does not apply to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highland & Island.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, highlands & Islands:

Mainland Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Sweden):
- Shipping costs start at £6.00 and can vary according to the country of delivery and the total weight of the order.
Rest of Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia):
- Shipping costs start at £10.00 and can vary according to the country of delivery and the total weight of the order.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- 1 business days (orders before 1 pm)
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

- SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed (not order confirmations), this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.
- DELAYS
Opal Eco is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Opal Eco is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
- WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Opal Eco will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
- SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Opal Eco recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Opal Eco is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
- SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Opal Eco makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed or delivered".
